Things are starting to take form at 11 Ngaio Rd. Our cold room walls have been installed , the first barrel containing Southerly Front has been joined by a second filled with a Flemish red ale. As soon as our building consent comes through we will be able to start construction on the wet floor. We now have a sign beside the door which is a symbolic milestone.
Our canning line will set sail from Canada in 5 days time while our brewery is about a fortnight away from being complete and ready to ship from China.
Production wise we are about to release our second batch of Field Way APA , the first was our fastest seller yet. Yesterday we brewed a full production batch of Blanc de Houblon our white IPA which was a hit at Beervana this year.
These are exciting and busy times for the North End crew.
